Soft Scroll is a small program utility (just 4KB) that needs no installing. It has been designed for all those old mice without scroll wheels so they can move quickly about websites.

To get over this deficiency Soft Scroll has been created. It has two buttons so you can move up and down, perfectly simulating the scroll wheel. This way it will be much more comfortable browsing any website or moving about programs.
